Services and costs  

  Visualisation is performed according to technical specifications, which may be as follows:  

• Interior collage 
• Drawings and floor plans in PDF/DWG format 
• Text file with a selection of models (3dsky)  

  The technical specifications should include:  

• Measurement plan 
• Furniture layout plan 
• All non-standard sections, profiles, and layouts, if the project includes custom designs and products. 
• Ceiling plan indicating heights, cornices, and niches 
• Electrical and lighting plan 
• Specification of finishing materials with references  

  It is also desirable to provide the following information. It will help improve the result:  

• Photo references of the atmosphere you would like to recreate in the renders 
• Decor with links to 3ddd if you have specific preferences 
• Photos/videos of the object and the view outside the window
• Room layouts  

Also, if some models are not in the database, I can model them myself. If a model is difficult to model, an alternative is selected or an additional fee is charged for the extra work.  

If some data is missing, it’s no big deal, you can always start working without certain data! You can write to us and we will agree on everything!  

1.  After payment of a 50% advance on the project cost and provision of the technical specifications, work on the project begins. 
2. Preparation of the first draft renders begins.
3.  The first revisions are made.
4.  Additional payment of 30% of the project cost. 
5. The second drafts are created. 
6. Approval of the drafts and preparation of the final renders. 
7. Payment of the remaining 20% of the project cost.
8. The final renders are sent to you via my website, where you can download them at any time.
9. Additional services (animation or panorama).  

•   Saturday and Sunday are days off. Edits are sent in a single list. Final renders are sent after full payment for the project. By default, renders are delivered in jpeg format. If you prefer a different format, please let us know before sending.  

  You can also reserve a date for your project — 80 $. This amount will subsequently be deducted from the total cost of the project.  

  Payment is made according to the following scheme: 50%| 30%|20%  

• Prepayment of 50% of the total project cost is made together with the approved technical specifications before the start of the project.  
• 30% payment is made after the first drafts are issued and before the second drafts are started.  
• The remaining 20% is payable before the final renders are delivered.  

Payment for revisions exceeding the free allowance is 100% and is made before the final renders are issued.  

• 2-4 working days per functional area before the first rough draft. (Living room = 1 functional area. Kitchen-living room = 2)  
• 1-2 working days for making corrections  
• 1-3 days to create the final images  

•   3 rounds of revisions are not included in the price and are paid for depending on the number of revisions — 10%–30% of the cost of the premises 
• Change of interior concept, i.e. replacement of more than 40% of the contents of the premises — 40% of the cost of the premises 
• Modelling of complex furniture that has no analogues on websites with 3D models. 
• Urgent orders that require work outside of working days — 50% of the project cost. 
• Work under NDA — +40% to the project cost. 
• Transfer of a finished scene for drawings (without textures, lighting, and decor) — 20% of the cost of the room 
• Transfer of a completely finished scene for rendering — 50% of the cost of the room or project 
• Animation or creation of Reels for your social networks is discussed separately depending on the task
